Collin is starting to get more and more mobile. He can go pretty much anywhere he wants and is figuring out how to get up on his knees. I think he will be speed crawling before you know it. Also, Tayah loves her little brother and Collin loves his big sister. In his eyes she is the best and funniest thing out there. So here are a couple videos of that.

The Easter Baskets

Collin was up first so he got first look at his Easter basket.

Gymnastics

Tayah had gymnastics last night with her friend from school, Emilee. These two are so cute together and pat mom on the back for remembering her camera to snap a few photos.

 Easter weekend is here. Hope everyone has a nice Easter with good food, family and friends. We will be spending Easter Sunday at my parents house for dinner. I'm bringing dessert!! 

Still waiting for Spring to arrive and getting very anxious for our trip to Mexico in a little over a month.  Here is my Aprill 20th snowy day photo (see below). Thank goodness the snow was gone that same day. I am ready to get outside and do some landscaping. We are getting a deck put up next week and a patio so I have some gardening and some patio furniture that needs to be bought so I can sit outside sipping a skinnygirl margarita. I'll post before and after deck photos next week.

April 20th...are you kidding me?

One week until the Royal Wedding. Who's excited? I AM!!! I am already trying to get the details of when everything will be televised. I'm planning on getting up at 5 a.m. (heck I am up at that time anyway) to flip the TV on and drink my coffee in bed. Cheers Kate and William!! 

Just need to say HI to my Aunt Jody Lee. My dad told me she is a fan of my blog!! Thank goodness I have at least one fan out there. 

8 months old!!

Well somewhere between turning 6 months and now I got an 8 month old. I think I may have missed a month somewhere?

Collin:
-He LOVES to eat, although you wouldn't know it for how little he is.
-He can feed himself and wants to eat whatever you are eating.
-Still no teeth even though he has seemed to be teething for the last 4 months. COME ON TEETH!
-He can sit by himself although he doesn't like to for long. He would rather be on his belly moving.
-He is trying to figure out crawling and will get up on his knees.
-Moved into a big boy car-seat.
-Size 3 diapers
-Size 9 months clothes and some 12 month things.
-Very easy going personality and goes with the flow.
-Hardly makes a fuss unless it is necessary. (Tired, Hungry, Diaper)
-Generally a quiet kid but will raise his voice and yell at times.
-I should add....very much a mama's boy (and I don't like that a bit, okay, maybe a little). He has learned how to fake cry when he sees me walk out of the room. I'm joking with my dad that I may be continuing the tradition of going to kindergarten with him for the first week. It's funny now but just talk to fellow mama's boy, my dad. The school thing is no joke.
