Well...my best friend Alicia and her husband Jason are happy to announce that they are having a baby GIRL!!! Alicia is due a little less than a month before me on July 24th. The funny thing is that for whatever reason EVERYONE was convinced that she was having a boy. My guess was a boy too. I think she was shocked to find out that it is a little girl but very much happy with the news. I can't wait for that little baby girl to be born and to find out if she will be having a little boy friend or girl friend to play with. I schedule my ultrasound next Monday at my 16 week appointment. So we should be finding out in about a month. Yay!!
I am feeling like this baby is a boy but with her news of a girl I am second guessing that thought. We will see.
Oh...and by the way. Tayah told me today, after asking her to pick up her toys in her room, "You are ruining my life.", she said. Ha...girls are so much fun. Apparently she heard this on one of her Barbie movies. Thanks a lot Barbie.

MN it is Time to Leave you...But we will be Back
More snow...as if we didn't have enough. We were hit with a snow storm again yesterday and it is supposed to continue through today. Schools closed early yesterday but for the most part are back on today. We leave Sunday for FLORIDA and I am so ready. I'm not sure if it is because I am pregnant and generally just a little more tired but I have never looked more forward to this break then I do right now. I'm not asking for much for the weather down there. My expectations won't be much...just a little sun, No snow (that's a given), and if it was even just in the low 70's I would be pleased (although a few warmer, lay by the pool and swim days would be nice too.) Just some time to relax, sleep in, not be in any sort of hurry in the morning is what I am looking forward to. Yay....5 days and counting.

12 Weeks Down, 28 Weeks To Go
It's true...(see ticker to your right side). We are expecting a baby!! It is very exciting news for all of us. So, I just had my 12 week appointment last night and we were able to hear a strong and healthy heartbeat of 170. This was such a good feeling and put my mind so much at ease, because the chances of anything happening after 12 weeks is less likely. We had an ultrasound at 7 weeks and got to see the baby as just a little bean. It is surprising to think that, that little bean now has arms, legs, ears, fingers, and toes. It has all of its major organs. It has sure changed alot in the last month. So, Tayah says we are having a girl baby AND a boy baby. I try and tell her that we are just having one baby...remember we had an ultrasound, there was just ONE baby in there, so don't even go there. So, I guess I hope that means she will be happy with either a boy or a girl. My gut says this one is a boy though. I was sure Tayah was a girl and sure enough. This one feels different than it did with Tayah too, so that just even makes me feel like it has to be a boy. We will find out when we can. So, I guess this means this will give me some stuff to write about during the next 6 months. Stay tuned!!
I'm going to be a BIG SISTER!!
