William will be with us for a couple more nights and then he will be heading back to the North Pole until next year. It's probably a good thing cause I think William's effectiveness for good behavior by the kids maybe wearing off a bit. Plus he is running out of new hiding places. 

Elf Shenanigans From Over the Weekend

Saturday, William made a "snow" angel on our counter.

Sunday he played a little trick on Tayah and thought she resembled one of Santa's reindeer so he painted her nose while she slept.

Please excuse me while I catch up on our Elf on the Shelf chronicles. I've been falling behind. Last week was a bit busy one as every single person in our family was hit by a stomach bug which ended up consuming all of last week. It was like a domino affect. It started with Collin, then myself, then Tayah, then Ben. Luckily we got over it fairly quick and were better by the weekend. Ben and I stayed down in the cities this weekend and shopped our little hearts out along with every body else in the greater metro area. It was busy!! BUT we did get all of our Christmas shopping done which is a good feeling. The kids stayed with Papa and Grandma and on our way home we stopped to look at the geese that have begun to take over Lake Pulaski. goose heaven for the other 3 members of my family. Collin says "QUACK-QUACK!!"

Elf- Day 12, 13, 14

Here is where our elf was hanging around this weekend and today.

We also went to Macy's Winter Wonderland Christmas display on the 8th floor. Not nearly as crowded as I remember going as a kid. We went early though so I think that helped. We went with Aunt Emily, Grandma Val, and cousin Blake.
