Day 4: Kenpo X
Day 5: Legs/Back and Ab Ripper
Day 6: Shoulders and Arms and Ab Ripper
Day 7: Cardio X
Day 8 : Rest
I'll be doing Core Synergistics tomorrow.
Dinner: Spaghetti Squash (in place of noodles...actually VERY GOOD) with marinara, steamed spinach.
