1 week Complete

So, I have completed 1 full week of P90x. 7 days of workout in a row. Yesterday was supposed to be my "rest" day but I squeezed in a workout anyway because I have something going on this evening so I was afraid I may not get a workout in today. So, today "rest" and back at it tomorrow. What I have completed:

Day 1: Yoga X
Day 2: Core Synergistics
Day 3: Plyonmetrics
Day 4: Kenpo X
Day 5: Legs/Back and Ab Ripper
Day 6: Shoulders and Arms and Ab Ripper
Day 7: Cardio X
Day 8 : Rest

I'll be doing Core Synergistics tomorrow.

Dinner: Spaghetti Squash (in place of noodles...actually VERY GOOD) with marinara, steamed spinach.
